<font face="euphemia, vrinda, verdana" color="#008000"> Turn a favourite photo into a hand-drawn pencil portrait. This makes a very personal gift, and is great for commemorating a special occasion such as a big birthday, graduation or anniversary. Click on the images to see examples of my work. <p>Simply e-mail me at <strong>susannah@douglasdrawings.co.uk</strong> with your photo. Remember, the larger the photo the better the portrait. The subject's eyes should be visible, and the image shouldn't be very blurry. If you are at all unsure about whether your photo is suitable, or are undecided between several photos, e-mail them to me and I can advise you. <br>Once we have agreed on the portrait, I will draw it (this usually takes less than a week but can take up to 2 weeks when demand is especially high), and e-mail you a proof copy. You then pay the full amount using secure site paypal (so all your details will be fully protected) and we will put your portrait in the post. We are able to ship portraits to Europe and America. <br><br> All our portraits come in a free mount (card frame). This is better packaging than a roll (the packaging used on most websites), as it protects the drawing from getting creased or smudged. </p> Portraits are 10x8 inches on 12x10 paper and come in a 12x10 mount. All our transactions are handled via the secure website, paypal, meaning that your details are fully protected.
